U Heights 1BR Apt

I'm moving for a new job and will need to break my lease, so I'm looking for someone to take it over. I live in a one bedroom apartment in U-Heights. Its in an excellent location within the complex- in the very back (lots of privacy) and on the top floor, so no upstairs neighbors! In addition to that, I've made several small improvements to the apartment. I've added shelving and storage units to the kitchen (see picture) that really increase the storage space. Also, I installed a ceiling fan in the bedroom. The apartment will be officially available on Dec. 1st, but I'd be willing to leave in the latter half of November (maybe hand you the keys on Nov 18th or 19th?), so you can get a week or two of free rent!

Other benefits of U-Heights:
-A University Bus leaves every half hour and goes to the Law School and through Main Campus
-Laundry facilities are on site. They use a pre-loaded card for the machines, so no need to keep change around.

Benefits to this apartment in particular:
-I already have two copies of the keys made I can hand over to you.
-I'd be willing to leave several things behind, if you're interested. For example, the microwave and the toaster oven (and the stand they're on), a light fixture by the door way, the rugs to the entrance way, the shower curtain and bath mat. I'd also be willing to sell you any of the furniture, cheap!, if you wanted it.
